"What leads to a successful job interview?"

    In this competitive world, working is one way of sustaining our lives to survive. Earning money from working is difficult but most people think to get a job is even more difficult to achieve. Nevertheless, knowing some of the methods before the interview, would lead you to a success job interview. This could help you to prepare yourself better and have a high chance of getting a job. 

    For those who inexperience in applying for a job and later on found themselves at the job interview, they might feel anxious because they didn't know anything about the interview. I completely agree as I came across this situation for a few times already. Before getting a job that you wanted to work for, job interview is a difficult task to go through. For instance, in a company the announcement they announce need only one position and if possible more than one position is better for the applicants. Some people could not go through the interview. There are some reasons behind this. This first thing that failed from the beginning is that you don't dress yourself up appropriately. Your look matter the most when you start to walk into the company. If you dress up properly, you will be considered later with other candidates. Next thing that I think most people that new to apply for a job and never think about it before is questions and answers during the interview. Some questions might be asked  and you have to answer immediately. You would not answer all of these questions and even though you can answer, your answers might not be the answers that the company want. In order to do well in this step, you have to well prepare yourself with the question. These questions and answers could be found through the social medias and internet. One more thing that I think also important is your working experience. If the company require you to have experience with the job, you need at least have a short term experience with the job. However, there are company that don't require you to have experience related to the job that you apply for. This could be an opportunities for inexperience applicants.

    In conclusion, every person has their own talent and uniqueness. While some people think that pass the job interview is difficult, others have already got a job and they think it is not challenging anymore. Through the experience, skills and doing some research in order to strengthen yourself is good start for the job interview.
